Do you provide emergency transportation?
No. Journeywell Transportation Service LLC does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.
How do I schedule a ride?
Rides can be scheduled in advance by phone or through your healthcare provider, insurance broker, or case manager. Advance scheduling helps ensure availability and timely service.
Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?
Some trips may be covered by insurance, Medicaid, or transportation brokers. Coverage depends on your specific plan and authorization. We recommend confirming coverage with your provider before scheduling.

Are your drivers trained?
Yes. All Journeywell drivers are professionally trained, background-checked, and committed to providing safe, courteous, and compassionate service.
Do you accommodate mobility needs?
Yes. We accommodate a variety of mobility needs, including passengers who use wheelchairs, walkers, or require additional assistance. Please inform us of your needs when booking.
How early should I be ready for pickup?
Please be ready at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time to ensure timely service.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations when possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future service availability.
Can a caregiver or companion ride along?
Yes. One caregiver or companion may ride along when medically necessary or approved in advance. Please notify us when scheduling.
